Field/Municipal Assignment |
Qualifying and Hands-on examination will be conducted at the DSWD Field Office IX, starting at 10:00 AM on May 23, 2013. Interview will be conducted starting at 9 AM on May 27, 2013. Applicants must submit directly to the Human Resource (HR) Unit (3rd floor), their application letter, Bio-Data in five copies with 2x2 latest colored picture, photocopy of Transcript of Records, Certificates of Training's attended and eligibility (if any) on or before Friday, May 22, 2013. Failure to submit all required documents, will no longer be considered for examination and interview.

Strategy formulation and execution 4. with excellent grasp of national and region-specific poverty conditions, current anti-poverty initiatives and defferent approaches to poverty reduction 5. Strong interpersonal skills 6. Capacity to undertake Capability-Building, with mentoring/coaching and demonstration skills 7. With strong writing skills and oral communication skills in English and Filipino and in various local language/dialects in the region 8. Demonstrated capacity to work independently, with minimal supervision 9. Highly literate in MS Office applications |
